You post a catalog item you want, and its surface is divided into brand spots. Brands fund those spots at fixed prices that together equal the listing total. Once every spot is funded, BrandMyItem buys the item, produces and applies every mark, and ships the finished item directly to you. You never handle money at any point. Marks are permanent. Your side of the exchange is carrying the item in public and documenting it with check-in photos for the proof term you selected.

Three things: keep every placement applied and unobstructed, use the item in ordinary public life, and submit one check-in photo per cycle for your proof term. The placements are permanent. The term, 6, 12, or 18 months, defines how long you document them. Term and cadence are chosen when you post and are locked from the moment the listing is published.

Every item is delivered within 60 days of its listing fully funding, with every placement produced and professionally applied by BrandMyItem before shipment. The item arrives finished. Your first check-in is due within 7 days of delivery. Items are ordered new and carry the manufacturer's warranty.

A missed cycle places a public flag on your listing, and repeated misses restrict you from posting new listings. There are no financial penalties and the item is never taken back. Your performance record is simply public.

You do, from the day it is delivered. The placements, however, are permanent: you agree not to remove, cover, or alter them at any time. The proof term is the period during which you also document the item with check-ins, and the item may not be sold during it.

A permanent physical placement of your mark, applied as a sticker, patch, embroidery, or engraving, on a real item carried in public, plus a documented proof term: the purchase receipt, shipment confirmation, and every one of the owner's check-in photos for the term of the listing.

Every spot is priced by surface area: its share of the item's usable surface, applied to the listing's campaign total. Spot prices always sum to the campaign total exactly. The campaign total covers the item, material production, professional application, fulfillment, and administration of the listing. The price shown on each spot is all-in, with no additional fees at checkout.

At reservation, Stripe securely saves your card through a SetupIntent. You are never charged at reservation. If every spot is reserved and the listing fully funds, BrandMyItem charges the saved card off-session for the exact all-in spot price. A decline opens a 48-hour update-card window.

Every listing has a 60-day funding window. If any spot remains open at day 60, reservations are released and no card is charged. A listing with at least half its spots reserved may be relisted once for 30 more days.

You must hold the rights to any mark you submit, and files must be production-ready. We decline placements that are unlawful, adult, hateful, or in restricted categories such as tobacco and vaping, and any declined purchase is refunded in full.
